By creating an account or using Parallel POS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, monthly fees are non-refundable. Contact support for billing questions.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallel POS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
